The CROP Foundation, established in 2014, is devoted to innovative and avid young students who study culinary, agriculture and closely related fields. Our endeavor is to build a sustainable community of young students that are knowledgeable and confident in their career paths and will be lifelong learners of excellence in gastronomy.
We are dedicated to helping students further their education by offering scholarships and identify internships with local and global chefs, farmers, restaurateurs and other members of the culinary community.
